2021 Havilah Cabernet Franc

Cab Franc, Tasmania?  Yes, you heard correctly.  Hailing from the black clay of the Coal River valley, the season is long and slow with this one, in this place.  By far the last into the winery, literally seems like it is winter when it comes through the gate.  

Look for the blue fruit, spice, and that dark earth character you get from this part of Tasmania, light the fire and let it warm up in the glass.
