2023 STH Pinot Noir

STH (south) is sourced from the Derwent and Coal River Valley’s in southern Tasmania. 

From three different sites; Kinvarra in the Derwent, Nocton and Brinktop in the Coal River Valley.  It is the most dark fruited of the sub regional releases, driven by the mature fruit from Nocton Vineyard.  It saw around 25% whole bunches in the blend overall, balancing the density and structure we find in these southern vineyards.
